Blood is a life no matter it is in our blood vessels or in bag/ bottle. Blood and blood products are life saving. Any type of natural disaster that results in casualties requires prompt arrangement and transfusion of blood. In this type of situation about ¼th of these patients lost their life just because of promptly and timely non availability of blood.
Blood and blood products are not made in any factory and there is no substitute of blood and their products. The only source of blood is normal healthy humans. And this will only be obtained by blood donations which would be either volunteer or directed/ exchange donor.
Donate your blood which is life saving for the patients of Thalassaemis, Hemophilia, Aplastic Anemia, blood cancers, pregnant women, victims of road accidents etc. This will gives you a feeling of spiritual happiness and satisfaction. |
